Terms of Service

The service

MyPerkio is an AI-powered product discovery and price-comparison platform. We help you find products, compare offers across retailers, and track prices. We do not sell products, process payments, or handle orders — purchases happen directly with retailers on their own websites.

Pricing and availability

Prices, shipping costs, stock status, and delivery estimates shown on MyPerkio reflect the most recent data reported to us by retailers and affiliate networks, together with the time it was last confirmed. Retailer information can change at any time, and the price and terms you see in the retailer's checkout always govern your purchase. Always verify the final offer on the retailer's site before buying.

Affiliate relationship

MyPerkio may earn a commission when you purchase through retailer links, at no additional cost to you. Commissions do not influence which offers we show or how they're ranked. See our Affiliate Disclosure for details.

Advertising and sponsored content

MyPerkio displays paid advertising and sponsored content. Every paid placement — including sponsored content — is clearly labeled "Sponsored" or "Advertisement," so it is always distinguishable from our own content and from retailer offers.

Advertising must be truthful and must not be misleading, fraudulent, malicious, or unsafe, and advertiser links must lead to legitimate, secure destinations. Advertisers are responsible for complying with all applicable advertising, consumer-protection, and other laws. We may reject, suspend, or remove any advertising that violates these standards, or that we otherwise consider unsuitable, at any time and at our discretion.

Paid advertising does not influence our price comparisons, rankings, Deal Scores, recommendations, or Best Verified Price. The appearance of an advertisement is not an endorsement by MyPerkio of the advertiser or its products.

Personalization and analytics

MyPerkio learns from your shopping behavior to personalize results and your shopping agent, and studies aggregate, de-identified usage to improve the service. We do not sell your behavioral data. These practices are described in our Privacy Policy.

Your account

You're responsible for keeping your account credentials secure and for activity under your account. You must provide accurate information and use the service only for lawful, personal shopping purposes.

Disclaimers and limitations

The service is provided "as is." While we work to show accurate, verified retailer data, we make no warranties about completeness, timeliness, or fitness for a particular purpose, and we're not liable for decisions you make based on the information displayed. To the maximum extent permitted by law, our liability arising from your use of the service is limited to amounts you paid us, if any.

Changes and contact

We may update these terms or the service over time. Every version carries an effective date, a last-updated date, and a version number (shown at the top of this page). Continued use after an update means you accept the revised terms. Questions? Contact us.
